Hopefully, you don't need to ever come to this page.  But here are a couple of problems that have happened in the past with orange hosting...








= You receive an email that says you're near your web space quota
Most likely, you have some spam in your server that's sticking around far too long.  Shoot me an email, and I'll take care of it right away.  Make sure you give me authorization to access your email accounts.  Otherwise, I'll feel kinda dirty.  

= Your friends tell you you have emails bouncing back
Same problem as above. I'll get it taken care of at highest priority. And usually, we can retrieve your emails that have gone through since the problem started.

= Your site just doesn't show up
I only do maintenance to your site in the middle of the night on off evenings (like Sundays at 3am.  Just be happy I don't have a webcam).  If it's not a weird time of night, it could be a problem with the server that we lease from Maryland.  Again, I'll call up the server and get it fixed at highest priority.






Most of my clients don't experience any kind of outages or problems with their accounts...  In fact, I'm pretty dang pleased with how secure and consistent we are.  But should problems occur, I'm always happy to make monetary arrangements.
